What you'll do

• Serve as the first contact for families seeking services for a child with serious emotional disturbances
• explain available services and eligibility
• coordinate with the System Administrative Team, Wraparound Team, and Care Management Department
• make reminder calls and answer intake questions
• ensure intake is scheduled within 14 days
• complete electronic medical record documentation
• may provide unit orientation and occasionally transport families.
