What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and integrations
• analyze and resolve production incidents, user issues, and system defects
• monitor application health, performance, and data integrity
• conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• coordinate with infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders
• support EBOM, MBOM, change management, configuration management, product structures, parts, documents, CAD data, change actions, workflows, release management, and promotion of objects across environments
• support PLM governance and business processes.
