What you'll do

• Ensure safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies are followed
• conduct safety checks and report hazards
• assist with Job Hazard Analysis documentation
• partner with QA to verify food safety and quality
• monitor production processes
• maintain production records and centerline documents
• coordinate breaks and workstation assignments
• address bottlenecks and operator-level equipment issues
• communicate with supervisors and other departments
• train and coach employees
• oversee staff assignments
• verify materials and recipes
• track production data and share KPIs.
