Dietary Supervisor

The position supports Autumn View Health Care Facility’s Dietary Department in providing meal service to residents and staff. The supervisor oversees daily dietary operations, helping ensure safe, timely, high-quality meals while supporting staff training, service coordination, and department compliance.

What you'll do

• Supervise dietary staff and assist with training, mentoring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• oversee tray line, dining room service, and meal delivery
• ensure food safety, sanitation, infection control, and facility policy compliance
• monitor temperatures
• assist with inventory, ordering, audits, and documentation
• support new-hire development
• serve as Food Service Director in their absence
• participate in quality improvement.
