The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role is onsite in Newfane, NY. Pay is $105,000–$110,000 per year. The role helps maintain continuity of care and the facility’s long-term care certification while supporting residents, families, and nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements
• ensure staff orientation and in-service training
• communicate with residents and loved ones
• observe and reinforce safe nursing procedures
• counsel staff and provide performance feedback
• review regulatory changes and assess training needs
• support infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship
• coordinate care information and discharge planning
• participate in the 24/7 on-call/weekend rotation and take resident-care assignments as needed.
