What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• manage incoming calls and schedule appointments
• work toward converting more than 20% of new-client calls into appointments
• promote Care Companion Plans and services
• make weekly reminder calls
• support patient intake and discharge
• educate clients about the online pharmacy
• handle cashier duties and daily cash reconciliation
• maintain accurate medical charts
• coordinate patient flow with the veterinary team
• keep the reception area clean
• learn basic animal restraint and laboratory duties.
