What you'll do

• Provide care for 2½ days in the multispecialty outpatient clinic and 2 days in nursing homes
• work with physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses
• provide family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics care within the clinic’s integrated services and referral network.
