What you'll do

• Perform cosmetic and structural repairs on fiberglass molds
• conduct routine upkeep, including cleaning, waxing, buffing, and preparation
• maintain mold textures and gelcoat surfaces
• inspect for cracks, delamination, wear, warping, and structural degradation. Mold alteration and new mold construction are described as work performed in some facilities.
