What you'll do

• Support and advise hotel technicians in day-to-day operations
• promote positive interactions with hotel staff
• monitor technician training in appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, equipment maintenance, safety, relationship building, and complaint handling
• schedule staff weekly
• manage inventory
• interface with operational departments
• assist with hiring, training, and coaching
• maintain visibility at assigned locations.
