What you'll do

• Advise clients on corporate income and franchise, sales and use, property, payroll and withholding, and individual income tax matters
• assist with tax planning, structuring, and transactional analysis
• support audit defense, administrative proceedings, and tax litigation
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft memoranda and correspondence
• manage matters through resolution
• collaborate across offices and practice groups
• maintain client relationships.
