What you'll do

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• respond to resident and prospect inquiries and conduct property tours
• prepare lease documents
• assist with community events and maintenance requests
• maintain records in Yardi
• support property marketing and listings
• provide administrative support to the Community Director
• maintain records for affordable-housing compliance.
