What you'll do

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• register patients in the electronic health record
• set expectations for visits
• maintain accurate patient records
• protect privacy and confidentiality
• resolve or escalate complaints
• support quality improvement
• travel to clinics for reception coverage, greeting and checking in patients
• assist Patient Support Center leadership with processes and systems.
