Community Director

What you'll do

• Collaborate on operational budgets
• complete lease certifications and recertifications for tax-credit compliance
• manage property performance against budget
• collect and post rents and report deposits
• lease vacant units
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• approve invoices
• hire, train, supervise, and review onsite staff
• maintain compliance with housing laws and company policies
• maintain lease files and property records
• coordinate maintenance and inspections
• support resident communications and service requests
• prepare reports and marketing plans
• approve rental applications and lease paperwork.
