What you'll do

• Lead design in CAD using AutoCAD or Revit and prepare presentation materials
• contribute to construction documents and FF&E specifications
• apply design principles and select colors, materials, finishes, and furniture
• coordinate with project leaders and consultants
• conduct quality control of specifications, budgets, documentation, and material boards
• mentor junior staff
• serve as a day-to-day client contact for design development.
