START Clinician, Crisis and Behavioral Support

The START Clinician, Crisis and Behavioral Support role is onsite in Danvers, MA. Compensation is $26–$29 per hour. The clinician supports Bridgewell’s START services for individuals referred by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS); Bridgewell’s mission is to empower people experiencing life challenges to achieve their fullest potential. The clinician develops personal support and crisis plans, coordinates with service providers, and assists with crisis response for individuals in residential programs. The role contributes to safer, more coordinated support through assessment, training, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and community partners.

What you'll do

• Develop personal support plans and crisis management strategies
• facilitate communication among team members
• identify preventative resources and services
• participate in clinical and triage meetings
• provide in-home training, support, and assessment
• maintain client records and contact documentation
• assist with crisis response, assessments, hospital bed searches, respite referrals, and intake or discharge meetings.
