Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager role is hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, with two to three days onsite per week and a Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $40–$48 per hour. The assignment supports an established global organization in the specialty insurance and reinsurance industry. This temporary assignment provides broad HR coverage across operations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The manager partners with senior leadership and international HR colleagues to maintain day-to-day services and support workforce priorities.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR activities and employee relations
• partner with executive leadership
• review and authorize biweekly payroll
• coordinate international payroll administration
• support open enrollment and benefits records in ADP
• monitor recruitment and headcount
• coordinate performance reviews and talent initiatives.
