What you'll do

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to counselors and oversee day-to-day substance use treatment services. Observe and evaluate group and individual counseling
• review, edit, and sign clinical documentation
• complete counselor performance evaluations
• support counselor hiring and development
• coordinate schedules and coverage
• monitor participant compliance
• and work with facility staff and contracting agencies. May assist with screenings, assessments, and counseling as needed
• the role has no fixed caseload.
