What you'll do

• Direct HIM operations
• ensure timely and accurate coding of hospital and physician charges
• oversee medical-record completion and storage, transcription verification, clinical documentation improvement, patient release information, and data collection
• supervise HIM staff
• implement and execute facility medical-records policies.
