What you'll do

• Inspect residential, healthcare, common, dining, storage, mechanical, and exterior areas for pest activity
• identify and address minor infestations using approved methods within licensing requirements
• apply IPM practices focused on prevention, monitoring, sanitation, exclusion, and targeted treatment
• conduct follow-up inspections
• coordinate schedules, assignments, contractors, and treatments
• track supplies and assist with procurement and budget planning
• respond to service requests
• educate residents and employees on prevention and treatment precautions
• communicate findings and recommendations.
