What you'll do

• Perform daily operations and maintenance and direct-touch support for telecommunications and data center infrastructure
• maintain and troubleshoot circuits, hardware, and network systems
• develop rack elevations, engineering diagrams, and bills of materials
• create architecture roadmaps and modernization plans
• design and evaluate infrastructure
• support equipment installation, configuration, and integration
• recommend reliability, scalability, and security improvements
• coordinate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
