What you'll do

• Own the business value layer of S2P Reimagined and operationalize process intelligence
• set targets and govern the initiative pipeline
• convert insights into scoped, measured initiatives
• own North Star KPIs, baselines, and cost-per-transaction methodology
• maintain an integrated real-time metric view
• intake, qualify, and prioritize demand from business towers
• translate business priorities into platform requirements with DTAI
• resolve data discrepancies and validate metrics
• identify new opportunities.
