Validation Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage Design Validation Plan and Report activities
• develop validation plans using analysis, testing, and DFMEA inputs
• lead system and full-vehicle testing
• investigate root causes and validate solutions
• partner with systems engineers to evaluate design improvements
• plan and support field testing
• communicate validation status and results
• improve testing and validation documents, processes, and procedures.
