The role partners with plant and functional leaders to strengthen safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction across multiple facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead NDT strategy, standards, performance, and continuous improvement across facilities
• oversee ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing programs
• develop NDT personnel through qualification, certification, training, and succession planning
• oversee methods, equipment calibration, written practices, audits, and certification systems
• collaborate with plant, quality, metallurgy, engineering, operations, and maintenance leaders.
