What you'll do

• Identify customers’ self-storage needs and recommend solutions
• provide face-to-face service and build rapport
• meet monthly sales goals
• walk the property and perform lock checks
• show units
• rent storage units and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• maintain the facility, restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, doors, and office space.
