The Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $42–$46 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday days with every other weekend required. St. John’s provides senior services in Rochester. The coordinator supports and leads nursing staff, coordinates resident clinical services, and works with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to support care planning, staff development, and positive rehabilitation outcomes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate clinical services for residents
• oversee individualized care plans
• create nursing staff assignments and ensure communication and follow-through
• support residents and families
• assist floor nurses with bedside care when needed
• conduct periodic floor rounds
• assist with Nursing Department audits
• support staff in applying St. John’s brand characteristics.
