The Project Manager coordinates across departments to ensure program initiatives align with the company's strategic goals through effective resource management and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Leads leadership initiatives through the program lifecycle including scoping, design, and launch.
• Manages program implementation, monitors progress, and defines success measures.
• Coordinates stakeholder meetings and program activities.
• Develops and analyzes program metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to measure effectiveness and participant outcomes.
