What you'll do

• Welcome guests, students, and faculty and provide customer service
• guide prospective students and families at the Welcome Center
• assist with wayfinding and general inquiries
• answer and transfer switchboard calls
• support guest flow at recruiting events, information sessions, and campus tours
• assist in emergency response by guiding people to safety and reporting concerns
• maintain visitor logs
• assist with campus digital display and directional signage
• perform other duties assigned by the Director of Conference and Events or supervisor.
