What you'll do
- Lead maintenance supervisors and the maintenance team
- run maintenance systems to improve performance and control costs
- lead root-cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and TPM
- schedule work to reduce unplanned downtime
- enforce plant safety policies
- troubleshoot equipment and prevent recurring failures
- partner on preventive and predictive maintenance
- track and report maintenance KPIs.
