What you'll do

• Assist sales staff with new-business production goals
• serve new and existing customers in person, by phone, and online
• process endorsements and changes and track business
• contact mortgage companies to process endorsements and verify coverage
• request referrals and explain the referral program
• identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, including financial products.
