What you'll do

• Manage open orders and order intake
• oversee dispatch, logistics, and oxygen deliveries
• monitor workflows, service-level requirements, and QASP metrics
• identify risks and implement corrective actions
• handle escalations
• coordinate route efficiency with field operations
• supervise, coach, and train customer service and dispatch staff
• manage staffing coverage, timecards, and PTO
• monitor call volume and response times
• support audits and reporting
• conduct quarterly VA facility site visits and periodic travel to headquarters
• assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
