The trainee gains exposure to warehouse and operational functions as part of the developmental process to become a fully qualified McLane driver.

What you'll do

• Maneuver tractor-trailers and secure loads.
• Inspect equipment pre- and post-trip.
• Operate delivery handheld devices and document receipts.
• Train with a driver mentor on commercial driving regulations and maneuvering skills.
• Assist in unloading and delivering products to customers.
