Rigging Foreman – Data Center Construction

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise daily rigging operations, including unloading, staging, moving, and setting heavy equipment
• assign rigging personnel and signal persons
• develop short-term work plans
• coordinate lift-plan preparation and reviews
• verify approvals before critical or complex lifts
• coordinate load and site requirements with responsible project personnel
• confirm rigging equipment is suitable and inspected
• conduct pre-lift briefings
• coordinate deliveries and installation with other trades
• monitor field conditions
• track labor, progress, equipment use, and delays
• maintain reports and lift documentation
• coach crews and stop work when conditions differ from approved plans.
