What you'll do

• Supervise collection and preparation of QC and audit data
• analyze data and respond to verification requests
• coordinate audit schedules
• develop QC technicians
• support internal and external audits
• review testing, troubleshooting, lab, and floor-verification records
• work with R&D and QC management on documentation standards
• maintain forms, records, and logs
• conduct plant checks and routine internal audits
• investigate customer complaints and out-of-spec products.
