Special Education Career Consultant / Job Coach — Part-Time

The Special Education Career Consultant / Job Coach role is onsite in Islandia, NY, serving Nassau County, with approximately 15–20 hours per week during the school day. Career & Employment Options provides transition services to school districts and ACCES-VR services to students and adults with special needs. The role helps students and clients build career readiness, employment, and community-access skills, supporting their transition toward career and community goals.

• Provide job-readiness instruction, career planning, job coaching, community access and travel training, and transition services
