What you'll do

• Greet customers and accept donations
• unload donations from vehicles
• handle and sort items into appropriate bins or production areas
• inspect donations and determine whether items are suitable for the sales floor or shipment
• maintain a safe, clean, organized donation entrance and parking area
• maintain remote donation sites and supplies when applicable
• track donation levels and communicate when trailers are full
• assist drivers with loading and unloading when necessary
• follow center policies and safety procedures
• cross-train and provide backup in other areas as required.
