What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, counseling, and termination of staff as requested
• help meet production and sales goals
• close the store, reconcile cash, and secure the facility
• maintain store-operation records and reports
• provide cashier and customer service
• receive, price, and stock donations
• oversee textile and clothing inspection, tagging, and production activities
• support staff accountability and store operations.
