Area Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing plans, sales budgets, and market-segment strategies
• prospect and secure new business through sales calls, telemarketing, and networking
• schedule client appointments
• attend local business and community events
• negotiate LNR account rates with the Director of Sales and General Manager
• support group business contracts and follow-up
• coordinate group events with operations
• assist with meeting planning and property tours
• maintain sales records
• implement weekly prospecting
• handle sales leads and inquiries
• participate in revenue management discussions when appropriate.
