What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, bodily injury, and auto/casualty defense matters
• draft motions, pleadings, complaints, and written discovery
• take, attend, and defend depositions
• appear at hearings and represent clients
• assist with mediation strategy and trial preparation
• collaborate with partners.
