What you'll do

• Ensure parking policies and procedures meet standards while maximizing profitability and minimizing financial exposure
• assist with hiring, training, coaching, and counseling team members
• help plan and direct special events
• resolve guest complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies
• communicate with property management, site managers, customers, and guests
• conduct shift briefings and staff meetings
• promote a safe and clean work environment
• handle call-offs and assist with scheduling
• support diagnosis and preventative maintenance.
