Restoration Supervisor – Water and Fire Damage

Job overview

The Restoration Supervisor – Water and Fire Damage role is onsite in North Canton, OH, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. SERVPRO – South & East Stark County provides restoration services for properties affected by water and fire damage. The supervisor leads technicians and performs restoration work to help return affected properties to their pre-damage condition. The role coordinates field progress, equipment, documentation, customer communication, and safety and quality standards, and participates in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise 1–4 restoration technicians
• perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup
• monitor and adjust restoration equipment
• complete moisture mapping, daily logs, photo documentation, and scope notes
• communicate with customers
• coordinate progress with the office, estimators, and project managers
• ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• train technicians
• maintain jobsite organization
• track equipment, materials, and supplies
• participate in the on-call rotation
• drive company vehicles.

Why this role

Requires 1–3 years of restoration experience, ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in confined spaces, and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Evening, weekend, and emergency calls may be required.
