What you'll do

• Execute restaurant financial, local marketing, guest-service, and human-resource objectives and strategies. Maintain working relationships with employees and the franchisee organization
• manage the restaurant floor and guest complaints. Ensure recruitment, training, operations, food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and security practices follow operating procedures. Hire, train, direct, and evaluate employees
• complete reports and maintain personnel files. Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
