What you'll do

• Support semi-monthly payroll through document preparation, timecard management, processing, and liaison work
• assist with monthly, annual, and ad hoc HR reporting
• triage tier 1 employee requests
• prepare monthly staff meetings
• provide project research, data management, analysis, reporting, and presentation support
• support annual performance reviews
• manage department files, calendars, and filing audits
• coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, E-Verify, system access changes, and notifications
• support compliance and process improvement.
