What you'll do

• Manage equipment installation and commissioning
• oversee preventive maintenance and critical spare-parts programs
• conduct equipment FMEAs and root-cause investigations as required
• manage the site CMMS
• train department team members
• oversee daily maintenance, planning, breakdowns, repairs, electrical, machining, tooling, and facility upkeep
• develop local vendors
• partner with plant departments
• review maintenance KPIs.
