Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager works onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 per year. The assistant project manager supports construction projects through purchasing, documentation, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and site safety. The role helps project teams complete work on time, within budget, and to quality standards by maintaining project information and resolving coordination issues.

What you'll do

• Support project buyout and subcontractor bid solicitation and qualification
• review drawings and specifications and identify contract-document gaps
• maintain project updates, purchasing schedules, submittal logs, lost-day logs, and RFI logs
• review submittals and track material lead times
• prepare budget reports and subcontractor meeting records
• review change-order proposals
• coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• identify schedule conflicts and develop resolutions
• conduct pre-punch-list walk-throughs
• collect closeout documents and enforce closeout timelines.
