What you'll do

• Process daily cash, check, and credit card receipts and reconcile bank deposits
• post vehicle sales, purchases, and wholesale transactions to the general ledger
• process accounts payable invoices and payments
• assist with accounts receivable billing and collections
• reconcile account schedules
• process journal entries
• assist with month-end close and financial statements
• maintain accounting records
• support titling and registration
• and resolve discrepancies with managers, vendors, and financial institutions.
