What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and assist with questions and paperwork
• tour properties and available apartments
• update availability reports
• process leases, renewals, and related documents
• listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments
• help plan and host resident functions
• participate in obtaining or distributing marketing information.
