What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and motivate the local team

• take photos and provide guests with souvenirs
• address customer concerns and service failures
• maintain scheduled daily operations
• reinforce policies and procedures
• coach team members to drive revenue, reduce costs, and provide guest service
• maintain vendor relationships
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, and recruiting.
