The analyst administers employee benefits and leave programs across Current’s network of firms, resolving enrollment and payroll issues and maintaining accurate records. The role coordinates with employees, vendors, and internal partners to provide consistent benefits administration and support open enrollment and acquired-firm transitions.

What you'll do

• Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits
• resolve eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and payroll-deduction issues
• support open enrollment, system testing, communications, data validation, and election reconciliation
• administer leaves of absence and coordinate return to work
• reconcile carrier invoices, enrollment records, and payroll deductions
• maintain benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
• prepare reporting, census data, and cost analyses
• support acquired-firm benefits transitions
• coordinate with carriers, brokers, administrators, and vendors
• maintain procedures, employee resources, and confidential records.
