The Senior Sales & Solutions Leader – CME, AI & Digital Transformation role is onsite in Blythewood, SC, with an annual base salary of $200,000–$210,000. The position supports vehicle dimensional quality and manufacturing launch work for an electric pickup and rugged SUV brand. This role leads measurement analysis, fit-and-finish resolution, and plant support to protect vehicle quality through pre-production and launch. It coordinates cross-functional investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, while communicating findings and action plans to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Analyze full-vehicle and body-in-white measurement data
• lead root-cause investigations into dimensional variation
• coordinate metrology strategy
• resolve gap-and-flush concerns
• track dimensional quality KPIs
• support body-shop launch readiness and production teams
• use digital measurement tools
• lead issue-closure timing and cross-functional meetings
• report findings and corrective actions.
