What you'll do
- Prepare cost estimates and plans using benchmarking data
- develop value engineering and life-cycle costing options
- identify risks and help maintain the project risk register
- contribute cost insights to pre-contract meetings
- create and manage cost-control reports
- attend client and design team meetings and document actions
- assist with standardized project templates
- manage change-order and invoice logs and detailed cost reports
- oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.
